Great ice pack. Velcro makes it very easy to hold onto back. Can also use it on other parts of the body: knee, arm, shoulder, etc. Easy to travel with.

I hurt my tailbone and it’s been a few weeks now and I’m still in pain. I looked on here to find a solution to alleviate the v pain and I came across this ice pack belt and ordered it immediately. I even paid extra to have it delivered sooner. I put it on without freezing the gel pad. WHAT A RELIEF!!!!!!!!! If it helps this much without freezing the pad I can only imagine it’s benefits when frozen. I’m going to wear it to work under my uniform. I’m just so thankful for having found this. 💯 recommended

Nice neoprene strap and large ice pack.

Works food but doesn't stay cold for very long. its a function of the volume of the cold pack. But since you get two you can always throw one back in the freezer and swap it for the cold one.
