Indeed, I spoke with customer service, their team was attentive, I was assisted on WhatsApp, I was finally able to resolve the product and everything is restored now, the ring works well. I purchased the ring just last week, it's collecting all wrong data it seems. I refresh the app, the data is changed. I rested one day, it's showing 13k steps. One time, the entire past data was lost. Had to uninstall and reinstall the application. One other day, 8 hours data was not tracked at all. The ring was not responding, the ring was charged just one day before. I had to charge the ring for like 30 mins for it to respond again. Wouldn't recommend this ring. All money wasted
