Worked great on my swelling from a broken finger. Just be careful pulling them on. It's a little tight, but if you pull it on slowly you'll be fine. First couple of times I pulled to fast and bent my finger, but once in it stayed cold for along time and helped the swelling

These are great for heat or cold, my only complaint is that it doesn't stay cold for very long, i'd say 7 min max. Awesome if you need to do other things while treating your finger

Works great for severely dislocated pinky that had to go through two surgeries and is still healing. Much more convenient that a huge ice pack for just a small finger, and both ice and heat option is great. I wear a plastic splint to keep the finger straight while it heals and this slips over the plastic splint easily to relieve pain from swelling. Surgeon approved my using it, said it was a good choice for icing because it doesn’t freeze hard. Glad I found it accidentally.
