Good freezer, keeps things well frozen on normal setting, good enough size for one person, not too heavy and fits well on a shelf in a large cupboard but it is noisy although this could be because it's on a shelf and not on a carpeted floor. Delivery was very quick but the packaging was badly damaged and the freezer paintwork and one foot was damaged, however Amazon compensated me for this so I could keep the freezer rather than messing about with a replacement (I'm a pensioner and can't lift/move anything). This no way reflects on the actual freezer which I am very pleased with, it performs well and is a good size to tuck away, but I can still get plenty inside it. I don't need the lock but it works well and I can see it would be useful in certain situations. Seems a sturdy appliance with a good energy rating. I registered it online to get the 2yr warranty but I could not find the batch number on the freezer but Igenix emailed and said provided I had a receipt/invoice the guarantee would be valid, so had to print the invoice off Amazon website. If it fails after 2 yrs I'll just buy another!

The freezer looks and seems to work fine. The energy efficiency class of the product, however, is F, not E as advertised. When I contacted the seller about it, I was told that there was a mistake in the listing “by Amazon” and they could not replace my freezer with a more efficient one. To their credit, they did offer a full refund if I returned their product.

Fair machine it states that the door is reversal but not drilled for right opening,

Great just what I needed, great small freezer for one person

I just needed a bit more space on top of the inbuilt fridge freezer. I didn't want to spend much or get anything too big. This works well. I keep a large bag of ice and meal preps for the coming week in it. It does exactly what I need it for - giving that little bit of extra space. It sits on top of some wire racking in the utility happily enough.
