Insert 4 C-cell batteries orconnect the provided USB-C cable to a power source. Place the card catch tray in the front slots. Split your deck(s) into two roughly equal piles and place them in the two top slots. Press the center lever to shuffle.

Cards get stuck, flip over, or come out vertically.

To minimize this, ensure the card catch tray is properly seated in its grooves. Manually supporting and slowly lowering the catch tray as it fills helps the cards stack neatly.

One side of the shuffler stops working.

Try cleaning any visible debris from the card feed rollers.

USB port/cable doesn't work.

The USB cable provides power only when plugged in; it does not charge the device.

This thing is junk. Lasted about ten shuffles. Power port is loose. Motor bogs down. Rollers don’t grab cards. Jams up all the time. Total junk. 0 stars.

Very cheaply made

This card shuffler works pretty good, but it’s very noisy. Also, the plastic breaks easily. It is not the best quality. I had to return one that didn’t work at all. Looked like it had been used and it came without any protective packaging.

Keep them straight!

More impressed than not. Better than hand shuffling. It can miss-feed but my video test 3 of 3 had no problems. 4 decks barely fit if not brand new. It’s worth the price paid.

Don't buy this; it won't last.

Very disappointed. We were going through a lot of batteries so used the USB cable, but it sank into the box and is unusable. It's now past the return window. A ripoff, in my opinion.
