this is a life saver when it comes to hitting the gym. i take this about an hour prior going to the gym with extra water and im fired up.

Delayed Delivery and Clumpy Mixture
This is the first time ordering this product through Amazon. Previously I bought it from a local GNC store. Overall it is the same product and packaging. However, the recent product doesn't mix well when water is added. It is very clumpy and requires a lot of mixing. Plus the delivery took over 10 days. I may return to my local store in the future.
