Needed pads for surgical stitches
The prices for these pads are a little cheaper than home care stores. And very nice they’re padded and water resistant. My surgeon was even impressed by them would order again but hope I never have to

Nice large bandage
Huge bandage. Covers 75% of my hand. Very soft gauze padding. Large sticky area. Waterproof and can be worn for days. Great addition to my first aid kits.

Overall, I'm very satisfied.
After using it a few times, I find this silicone foam dressing much more convenient than regular gauze. It's highly absorbent, maintaining a stable wound environment and accelerating healing. It's also reliably waterproof, perfect for daily hand washing and minor contact with water.

Wider adhesive that others I tried
These stuck longer than the first ones I bought.I will buy again.

A review that covers the right time to use these
Not to get too personal but when my staples ripped open a gaping hole in my armpit so deep I could see muscle and bone, the bandages were of no use. But after the re-sutured the wound closed, these bandages were perfect. They didn't stick as to tear the surrounding flesh but they were secure to keep it covered.

BARELY FUNCTIONAL & SMELL GOD-AWFUL: Expired Food Would Smell Better.
I just...I don't have words.Does it absorb? Yeah, kinda. It absorbs, but not a great deal. It more "allows wound exudate to spread and then absorb" then directly absorbs.Does it stick? Yeah, kinda...you'd have to apply it JUST RIGHT to get it to stick well, but if you apply it to any part of your skin that moves or wrinkles, it's coming off. As soon as it gets a little damp from exudate it gets...humid? Humid somehow? And comes off.More than that is THE SMELL!!THE SMELL OF THESE BANDAGES is like nothing I have ever smelled before in my LIFE!! It's the kind of smell that gets into your nose and there is just NOTHING you can do to get it out other than burn a match and put it out and inhale the burnt smell--and even then, the moment you come near one ITS BACK. It's indescribable and makes you wonder how the hell these can be STERILE AND STILL SMELL LIKE THIS. Like I'm pretty sure a dead animal would smell better.Don't ask me to describe it. I can't. Because I have nothing to compare it to. It's just that bad. It's also probably why they don't come merely sealed, but double sealed in a ziplock bag inside the box! 🤢Spend the extra money in literally anything else. Don't get these.

Highly recommended!!
As a caregiver, these padded silicone bandages work so well in protecting any 'bed sore' or 'skin tearing.' They helped to heal the wound(s). These are so much better than a regular bandaid.

Avoid hair, or any moisture prior to applying it
I have a chronic open leg wound that constantly needs to be covered. The bandage does its job. But human sweat, or any moisture build up, will ruin the adhesive rather quickly. It does soak up quite a bit. But water (like in a shower), will attract, and fill it quickly. For the most part, it is waterproof. But that depends on how well it has been put on.
