Awesome workout- easy assembly- meditative water sound- great for the money

I love this! It's small but sturdy, It was easy to assemble, and works my whole body! But it REALLY works my legs and glutes.The little monitor has a few different settings keeping track of things like how long you've been going, how many sets you've done, calories burned, etc.The amount of resistance can be adjusted depending on how many bungee cords are attached. This means It can be used for everything from just a low impact cardio training, to an intense core and glute workout.This truly is a great machine that I can see working for many different ages and fitness levels!

Full body work out. It folds easily and compact for storage between uses. Nice little machine to get back in shape.I'm taking a star out because it doesn't come with instructions and had to search on the web for exercise program.

The easiest item I've assembled from all of my Amazon purchases. Watch the video on the item's page, I tried the manual first, but with the video I had it all assembled in 15 minutes. You will love it. This is an exercise machine that you will actually use, and enjoy using. Easy to fold for storage. The video after the assembling one shows you how to use it, and how to fold it.Also, thought I'd mention that there's only one screw included with the tools, because all the other screws are already screwed on the machine. You will need to unscrew them and screw them back on as per the instructions, but don't think they didn't include them.

It works on your arm and abs without much effort. Use it while watching tv. Easy to store away .

I put this together myself. Carried the box in the house and set it up in under a hour. Wasnt hard at all.I have not noticed anything in my mid section but man is it a good work out for my buns and thighs.Added this to my regular routine so far loving it.Was worried about it being easily tiped over and so far no issues.My son's love this thing and take turns seeing who can do the most. This was an added bonus as it helps them burn off energy when we are stuck in the house.

I don’t usually write full reviews, but felt it necessary for those of you who need a little help and are looking for a really good workout machine.I work in emergency medical services and have recently noticed some pain in my legs when I go to bed; I am thinking sciatic nerve pain. I’ve been very careful, and I’ve stretched my hamstrings properly before each shift, but some nights my legs and hips ache and this is something new for me.I had been looking for a workout machine, something simple, something that I could tuck away in the corner to get started before actually joining a gym. This little machine is a GEM! I put it together myself in under an hour and for the last two weeks it’s been sitting in the living room so that when I pass it by, I do about 30 reps at various times, and I am now pain free.It is a great cardio workout and I’ve already noticed that my thighs are stronger and I can bend and stretch better at work when assisting patients.I was able to purchase this at a low price because of the coupon that Amazon applied. Best purchase I’ve made this year!

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this so that I could start doing squats with the proper form and back support. The range of motion is very good and easy to use. Unless you are a beginner like me. Going from the first band to the second band was very challenging, and would be easier if there was a 10 pound band to work your way up. Disappointed it didn’t work out for me, but if you already have some good leg strength, it’s a nice machine!
