Customer service
My new tool broke and they sent me a new one over night!! Great customer service!! To be fair the tool works great I was pulling very hard and the handle broke.. it would definitely buy again

Good deal, but need metal parts
Had this for about 3 months, just because it was a good deal, and mostly just used the tabs, and the mini lifter as a back up, well the day that I really used it, the squeeze handle that's plastic, snapped in half, and the tab insert claw stretched open. It was very cheap, so I'm not complaining, I'm letting the manufacturer know so they will hopefully make these parts out of metal, not aluminum, not plastic. You'll have a solid product then. BTW, the tabs have held up decent, only one break.

Must have!
The dent lifter itself is sturdy and easy to control, and the glue tabs pull dents out smoothly without leaving marks. I was able to fix a few annoying dings on my truck with minimal effort. The results were surprisingly professional-looking, and it saved me a ton compared to paying for a shop or buying premium-brand kits.

Find one with metal parts
I brought one and got a replacement and levers broke on both. Tabs break easily too.

LEVER IS WEAK AND BREAKS IN 2 WEEKS
The lifter itself is very durable but the lever is extremely weak and need to be made of metal not plastic. worked well for 2 weeks and then it broke. just spend extra and get the Keco mini lifter

Good budget lifter.
Thing works awesome, just don't use huge tabs and you won't break the handle. Duh.

Cheap material
Glue tabs break on the first pull, and Im waiting for my puller to break cause I just saw the reviews on this item.
