For people who have allergy sneezing and runny noses, this product is really very useful. Also for a plugged nose it works wonders. Seems that it lubricates the sinus cavities and keeps down the nasty stuff that goes on inside those places. Getting used to instilling it took a bit of doing but once I did learn, WOW, I was hooked.A user must simply squeeze the bulb, place it in the fluid, let go of the bulb, get about 2/3 of the oil in the tube. Bend back the head, place dropper into the nostril and slowly, repeat slowly squeeze the bulb. I find that moving the tip around slowly around the inside of nose spreads the oil thinly and spreads the oil out. YES it will trickle into the throat, that is difficult but just spit it out. Wipe the nose after you have inserted oil with dropper and just hold your head back to let it remain in nostrils. This is in response to the negative comments about the product. Life is not always easy and getting a good nights sleep is hard sometimes. This helps me sleep and stop the drainage coughing. GIVE it a chance.

Not great for preventing crusting

This product just makes your nose more stuffy, it doesn't work at all. I can't believe that it has been selected by the NASA for anything.

I have had a perforated septum for 30 years and have always suffered from a sore\dry nose. This product is excellent and helps keep my nose 'lubricated' - it also smells very nice.

Nice aroma, and hoping that it works gainst sinusitis, it will take a little time to find out.

Very difficult to instill drops..the liquid made me retch when it trickled down back of nose however it does lubricate a dry nasal passge

My sister always complained of her dry nasal passage with the formation of bloody scabs. She just told me that this product improves her sense of smell as soon as she applied it. A strong scent of mint. She has to use it for longer but it satisfies her for now. I'd love to purchase them more in the future.

I've had chronic post-nasal drip for years. Went to an allergist. I took Flonase, Mucinex and Zyrtec, and would still almost choke most mornings with drainage. I've been using the Ponaris for a couple of weeks, and it is almost a miracle drug. Minimal drainage. No coughing and hacking in the morning.I wish I had found Ponaris years ago!!

I've had nasal polyps for several months and have tried tea tree oil and just about anything else to shrink them to something manageable. I had pretty much lost my sense of smell and taste for over two months. After using this and some enzyme products, I'm happy to say my polyps have shrunk and I can taste and smell again. I can't say this product alone fixed my issues as I've also adjusted my diet, but I am able to breathe much better through my nose when applying it 2x a day.

Just a drop in each nostril really helps keep your nose open so you can breathe freely. Nice herbal smell.
