Great Energy Boost for Workouts!
I started taking Nutricost Yohimbine HCl 5mg mainly to help with energy and fat loss during my workouts—and it’s working great! I feel more focused and motivated, especially during morning cardio. The capsules are small and easy to take, and I haven’t experienced any side effects. Plus, with 120 capsules, it lasts a long time. I’ll definitely be buying again!

The issue with Yohimbine HCL usage is timing. It's effective if taken some time after food. Either fasted after not eating during nightly sleep, or 2 or more hours after the last meal. The bigger the meal and the more insulin triggering that meal is, the more time needs to pass before you can take yohimbine and have it be effective. You also cannot take it with anything that has calories. Wait at least an hour or so after taking yohimbine to eat or drink calories. A practical way to use this is to literally carry a small bottle of it with you and take it in between meals or fasted. If you skip breakfast, drink some coffee and pop yohimbine, and bam, you got yourself a cheap fat burning stack. If you're using it for a workout at the gym and it's weight lifting, don't go heavy on the dosage since it's best used for cardio. If you had a pre workout meal but it's been 2.5 hours or so and you're at the gym, you can take this for your workout with weights at low dose. Even though I am a very veiny lifter naturally, I like to sport the vascular appearance as much as possible and eat a lot of vessel dilating foods and also like yohimbine. If used properly, yohimbine will make your veins pop nicely, if you're lean enough to begin with. I've used it casually as well, before skateboarding, dish washing at my job, biking for shopping, and of sex. The problem with the sex aspect of yohimbine is timing. Figure that out. The other problem is that it's a stimulant. When your lady is fast asleep, you're there wide awake thinking about how yohimbine is a stimulant. Otherwise, I would suggest things like maca, horny goat weed, tribulus, ginger, garlic and vitamin C sources combines, cocoa powder, beets and other nitrate rich vegetables like celery or spinach or arugula, L-citrulline, generally doing more cardio and deep breathing, losing some weight if you need to, sleep more, take ashwagandha and sleepy teas for better sleep. As far as fat burning: awesome. If I dose it right and time it right and take it once or twice a day for a few days in a row, I can drop a few pounds without losing any muscle whatsoever. Very muscle sparing. Overall, a great deal, lots of capsules for not too much money. Gives you slight energy and suppresses your appetite. Playing soccer and it's been a few hours since your last caloric ingestion? Yohimbine. Hungry at school and you're stuck with no money and no food, just wandering around campus? Yohimbine. Depressed and can't eat because your girlfriend left you for a more ripped guy? Yohimbine. Stacks well with green tea extract if not entirely fasted. Anxiety concerns: if you're prone, you will have more anxiety. Just ride it out. I'm prone to anxiety and high dose makes it worse. I don't use it every day. Maybe once or twice a week. If I wanted to lose some weight, I'd take it once or twice a day and cut it off as early in the day as possible. It also slightly builds up in your system, so if you took some in the morning and midday, you will still feel some pro erectile effects much later in the day. QUICK RECAP: 1. Figure out your dosage based on weight. 2. Figure out the timing based on your meals and cut if off preferably early unless you're ok with not sleeping. 3. Start out with low dose to assess tolerance. 4. More effective for cardio than weightlifting, has other purposes. 5. Do not take close to meal times. You will only get the side effects with zero benefit. 6. This is one of the most effective natural fat burners available. You still need to watch your diet. The benefit for this is mostly seen when going from lean to more lean, not obese to normal weight.This is my second bottle. As far as people saying it's underdosed, maybe. This is the only brand I've tried. Assess your own tolerance, take it at the right time, go up in dosage carefully. Do not take more than the recommended calculated dose.

Relief for Binge Eaters
Someone recommended Yohimbine as an alternative to a certain prescription medication for ADHD. It was inexpensive enough and highly rated enough, that giving it a try was a no-brainer. I guess I expected the immediate burst of energy that happened to other reviewers to happen to me too. I expected appetite suppression to come the same day, basically. I looked up how long it can take for full effectiveness and saw that it was 2 weeks. I figured I can take 1 a day for 2 weeks, no problem.It took about 7-10 days for me, and I didn't expect for it to change how my brain approaches eating. I'm a diagnosed binge-eater. Instead of the suppression I've experienced with diet pills and caffeine use, it simply made me stop wanting to eat after a few bites or a single serving - every meal. Only other binge eaters understand that feeling of compulsion to just keep going and going until you are sick or the food is all gone. You must eat until something is gratified, and yet it never is. You can't even have "just a taste" of something without it driving you over the edge. It ruins your day, your mood, your self-esteem - like why can't I get this under control, it's MY own brain! 1 capsule a day of this brand of Yohimbine has changed this. I do not feel literally any compulsion whatsoever - ever. 24 hours a day. There are no windows of time that aren't covered. I missed a dose once and felt the effects disappearing the next day. It took about 2 days of taking it again to feel the effects again.I bumped up to 2 a day when I felt the effects might be dwindling, and it took another 4-5 days for that to kick in and start working. It's even better than when I was taking 1 a day. I feel like a normal person now, and that is such a gift. It has also addressed my urge to binge drink as well. I do still consume alcohol, but it's not an endless string of drinks anymore.I don't experience the energy boosts mentioned in these reviews. I do feel it has increased my sex drive to some degree. But, I'm always a higher energy person by nature, and was already still interested in sex, so I don't notice anything in particular about these 2 side effects, just that they're present for me.I've also lost weight from not consuming so many calories. Nothing crazy. It's been a healthy reduction of intake and a healthy loss of weight without changing my diet. I eat like a raccoon in a trash bin, just nowhere near as much volume anymore. I just really wanted this review to pop up when people Google for help controlling their binge eating. This has really changed my life.
