The item was purchased and received during the summer and performed well as a decorative bird bath. Although advertised as an outdoor item without temperature restriction, the item failed on first exposure to cold weather (27dF). When contacted, the merchandiser disingenuously requested photo's and a copy of the receipt, which were supplied, before honoring any request. Made no difference, so the good offices of Amazon's customer services were also contacted. After three or four efforts from Amazon, still no response, still no refund.It should be noted that:i) The item is misrepresented as an outdoor item and fails its implied warranty, andii) The name of the merchandiser indicates that their gifts would be appropriate for children. The glass is not tempered and broke with sharp cutting edges, not exactly a child's play toy.The seller failed to accurately represent the product, failed in response, and as their product oversight may fail to duly evaluate their products for child safety, fails as a honest representative for any child related items.

The birdbath is very pretty and would make a really nice accent to any garden area. I'm in Florida so it typically doesn't get below freezing, and I have had the birdbath outside for a couple months now with no damage from the weather.I honestly have yet to see a bird actually bathe in it (a few squirrels and Sandhill cranes have taken a drink from time to time, but that is about it), despite it being close to a tree / bird feeder that is very popular with the birds. It was packaged very well and so far it hasn't fallen off the stand that was included, so the stand seems decent.

This is a lovely bird bath. Vibrant colors. The bowl just sits on the stand, which I like because it makes it easier to dump and clean. But for some reason, the birds haven't used it. It had a water wiggler in it for 10 days and then took it out, thinking it's scaring them. Now it's been about 5 days and I've only seen 1 robin take a sip. I saw a bluejay on it but he was being very guarded (I know they are territorial). Strange considering how hot and dry it's been. Maybe I'll do an update if things change.

I like the size of the bird bath. It really adds to my backyard.

Only 4 stars due to water evaporates too fast.

This birdbath is beautiful. We had a dry summer and it was only up for an hour before some birds found it. It looks lovely in the garden and is easy to store away for the winter.

This glass birdbath is a work of art (and the birds love it too!). Easy to set up with included folding metal stand. Vivid colors do not fade.

Assembly was simple but the stand has four legs and the bowl rests only on 3.
