Zong Gan Ling 200 Tablets

I sleep with a CPAP and anything that causes congestion can stop me in my tracks. Quite simply I can't get sick or I can't sleep. I decided instead of popping so many decongestants and wasting my time at the Doc for Viral sicknesses that can't be treated with antibiotics that I would give this a shot. I did so after researching all of the herbs used in these pills. Don't expect miracles, but expect to get well in over half the time it usually takes. My wife and I, along with our daughter rarely get any sort of flu like or cold that lasts more than 3 to 4 days when we follow a 1 to 2 day dosage. It amazes me. For a change nothing gets worse and gets to a point of needing to go see our doctor. This all being said. It's not a cure all. The herbs used in this helps the body to fight. There may be reactions to other herbs or prescriptions you may be taking, so with anything OTC, take with care. I personally believe in the science of well known herbs that have a long history from the Asian culture used in medicine.

For me, this is the best cold remedy ever. I also use Dr Shen’s Yin Chiao as a preventative when flying. The Zong Gan Ling is also the one I share with my family when they try using typical cold medicine and still feel awful.

IF you start taking these pills immediately upon having the slightest symptom of a cold (scratchy throat) the symptoms will be gone in a day or two. Be sure to take three pills every four hours during this time. If you wait until you are certainly ill, the treatment will help, but not stop, the process of your cold. This is not exactly what it says on the package, but I have used these for 12 years, and if I take them AT THE FIRST SIGN of a cold, I simply do not get ill.

I've been using these pills for more than 20 years. At the slightest hint of a cold, I begin taking them. I am certain this formula GREATLY lessens the cold symptoms and duration. I sometimes add Zinc lozenges.

I am soooo glad I found this stuff. In my house we pair the Zong Gan Ling with TeliaMeds oregano oil for an even powerful punch. You'll be feeling better within a day -- the full effect of the cold/flu won't be able to grip you. Just make sure you keep up with your dosages until you feel better. For my kids I use 1/2 pill (using a pill cutter), then grind it and put into their applesauce. About to re-order this product again right now.

I do not dislike anything about the product. If I feel a cold coming on or miss the warning signs and have a full blown cold, this is the product I go to.

I'm not sure, but I often use these anyway if I get a cold.
