Why did I receive a damaged product?

Given the inherent fragility of ceramic products and the numerous uncertainties involved in logistics transportation, packaging a 16-piece dinnerware set presents significant challenges due to its multiple components.

How will we address and improve the issue of damage moving forward?

We are constantly improving our packaging with stronger structures and better cushioning to enhance your dining experience. While not perfect yet, we’re committed to doing our best for you.
