Ordered it at 6:00am... got it at 3:00pm the same day.... lemonade flavor mixes well with water and tastes great... been using it for a week now and I must say it's definitely worth every penny....no jitters...no sleepless nights...it actually makes me go beyond my normal workout... which is what you want.... only side effect which starts after about 15 minutes is a tingly face... this is from the beta alanine... no big deal...that soon goes away after about 15 minutes.... great product..... Definitely gives me Super Human pumps....!!

Great Taste. Great boost. This is a must for me on days where I plan to work out a little extra. gives me that extra boost It makes me feel like I can keep going. Taste is delicious, Especially the way I make it Since I put it with just a bit of water So that it tastes stronger and not too diluted. This product is definitely effective And helps me focus. I have bought it several times And had never had any issues with clumping or poor quality. keeping my subscription going.

Super Human Core Pre workout King Lemonade flavor by Alpha Lion is my new favorite pre workout. I want to thank the people who created this product and amazon for making it so readily available. To start, I am an artist and the packaging alone caught my eye. The matte black with the lion and the lemonade icons as well as the bold gold "SUPER HUMAN" lettering and even "king lemonade" written in the pink lemonade coloring is just genius to me. And to color "Alpha" with white is just genius and eye catching to me. The attention to detail down to it tying into the meaning behind the product, alone, lets me know that this company is different than the rest. I had been searching for a pre workout that has more creatine in it, but didn't skimp on the stimulants. This is the only one that I found with 337mg caffeine, 5000mg creatine. I also love that they added the 1000mg of taurine to support the body along with 6000mg L-citruline and 3200mg of Beta Alanine for muscle recovery and endurance. I, personally enjoy the tingling and appreciate that they offer the recommended dose in one serving. The flavor of this is quite tasty, does not give me any negative side effects nor an upset tummy like C4 started giving me. Ingredients are laid out nicely in an easy to read, straightforward manner and the other ingredients aren't what I've seen in some other preworkouts which is a long list of in my opinion, unnecessary fillers. They even take into consideration different preferences of individuals by providing a two scoop breakdown vs. a one, depending on what you choose. The quality and size are top of the game, from what I have seen and it helps me have exactly the feel I want throughout my entire workout, whether I'm lifting heavy that day, doing cardio, or just getting something quick in with a HIIT circuit training at home. I love to add this to non flavored sparkling water - just like an energy drink...only wayyyy better IMO :] Overall, super duper happy with this pre workout and will be ordering it again. I'm one of those gym goers who started out on Jack3d, IYKYK!!! lol. Thank you Alpha Lion and thank you Amazon, I appreciate you greatly for this product and what you all are doing!

Taste great, I noticed the difference in 20 mins. However the crash is harsh

Tastes great. Doesn't clump at all after having had it over 2 months. Mixes well, gives you a little tingle and increased focus from the caffeine. I've tried allot of different pre workouts, this one is easily top 3 for me. Can't beat it for the price.

Great pre workout mix. Would give 5 stars, but the mix is too sweet. I mix it with a half scoop of unflavored pre workout
