Amazon Saver, Garlic Powder, 2.5 Oz Temp

This is not a super fine powder which is fine. If you are looking for fine powder this is not what I would recommend. Spiciness it is normal or medium. Ingredients says Garlic Powder. Texture or grit size I say it's about the same as table salt. Not consistent in texture. For a no frills contains only garlic according to the ingredients this is a small size container for only one dollar. So I figured let's try it out, and test it. Simple household seasoning applications like garlic bread or Mac & Cheese this is a fair to good garlic powder nothing fancy. In my opinion it is good choice for a beginner who has never tried garlic powder. So if you are curious and wish to dip your toes into the far out exciting world of Garlic Powder this should work for you. Just my opinion here, this is not premium grade garlic powder. It is not overpowering, and does not have a crazy strong aroma. If you want stronger and better I suggest a different brand. I will have to review a premium brand later and share my findings. Does this one dissolve fast in water ? Well I placed some of this garlic powder with regular cold tap water in a flat-bottom borosilicate Erlenmeyer flask. Next I placed it on a mag stir, and it dissolved yes. Just not super fast like premium quality brands. Which got me thinking. How will it work for trout bait ? So I decided to make my own floating trout dough bait. Because this is a very cheap powder, I am currently broke right now, and cannot afford premium quality brand floating bait. So I found a recipe with a simple internet search that listed cheap common household items, and made my own floating dough bait. This was a lot of fun to do by the way, I recommend trying this. So I went to a nice trout fishing spot I enjoy fishing at. I used my home made floating bait and it worked very well. I gave some to a friend of mine who also said that it worked for him. So my conclusion is try it, safety first, explore, experiment, learn, share with friends, and importantly have fun.

I like this powder, which saves my hands from smelling like garlic all day. It really got the strong, fresh garlic favor. It looks nice. I would consider buying it again.

You really can’t beat the value of this garlic powder. It tastes just as good and flavorful as the more expensive name brands but for a fraction of the price. A great kitchen staple to stock up on.

Just as good as other brands. Quality and taste are perfect. Lid is a little hard to open.
