Happy!!
It took a little trial and error. I only soak 2 tbsp for a few hours to get started, then rinse 2x per day to make sure they don't dry out. This results in beautiful sprouts within a week. The difficulty I have is defining exactly when to stop with the rinse & harvest, usually waiting just a little too long so they become mushy within a day or so of harvesting.. but I'll get that pinned down with just a few more trials & am enjoying them greatly when harvested meanwhile! Even with the trial & error, it's WAY yummier & cheaper than getting them at the store!

Great germination rate
This has a great germination rate, better than I expected. Sometimes while sprinkling seeds out of the bag they gush more than sprinkle lol... then i'm left with these growing in masse!I love their flavor at sprouts and microgreens but left to grow too long and it seems like the main green to grow is a prickly one that isn't my favorite flavor. So that's unfortunate since I like greens at the full stage too!I haven't found that perfect mix that a great variety of seeds germinate and grow up to be tasty and not prickly, or minimally so, yet. So this will do for now! I just plant single seed types in the garden saving this for early stage harvesting. The price for the seed return is great so I really can't complain!Sorry I couldn't find a pic of them growing but found them about to go into my belly. Lol! Delicious stuff

How to successfully grow these microgreens
I almost gave up on these, as soaking them causes them to get mucousy, I think due to the arugala. But I found a way, and now have an awesome crop of microgreens. First I took coconut coir and filled a 10 "round plastic container I got from Lowes for placing under a pot. Failed to mention that I placed a paper towel beneath the coconut coir. Then I watered the coir with a solution of Earth Tonic and water. I placed the seeds in a spice shaker and sprinkled them all over the surface. Finally, I misted the seeds with a solution that had a small amount of hydrogen peroxide in it, as this helps seeds sprout. Lastly, I put a glass pie pan on top and placed it in a warm dark spot. This was on a Saturday. I checked it several times to see if it needed more water, but the glass pie plate helped keep the soil moist. Then Tuesday morning, when I went to check it, the seeds had sprouted and grown so much that they actually pushed the heavy glass pie plate off to one side. I then inverted a second 10" plastic dish from Lowes over the top and placed them beneath an LED light and in a sunny window. The results has been phenomenal. Here is a picture of them on Wednesday morning. Hope this helps anyone else looking to grow these.
