How does this compare to the original Atlas Marcato Clamp?

The original Marcato Clamp has a smaller opening. This clamp has a 4" wide opening, allowing it to work on a thicker kitchen table or work surface than the original Atlas Marcato pasta maker clamp. Thanks for your question! Susan

WIll this work wit a Altea lusso 160?

This is a universal clamp, I have used it on several different brands and it works just fine. You will need to make sure you have a “lip” on your counter but it works fine for me.

Will this work on an imperia pasta maker?

It should fit most Imperia models, but we haven't tested them all. You can return it for a full refund if it doesn't fit, however. Please let us know how it works out for you. Susan
