Excellent for toddlers
Solid board with beautifully coloured alphabets. My 18 months granddaughter loves it.

Doesn’t work
Was excited for this for my grandson but doesn’t work properly at all…letters don’t match the sounding….HOWEVER it works perfectly I. The kitchen which has a lot more lighting than just a standard lamp…not ideal but if using the room needs to be extra BRIGHT

Disappointed
The media could not be loaded. We love Melissa and Doug toys & my 20 month old is a Ms Rachel fan so this seemed like the perfect treat but unfortunately we are disappointed with this puzzle.This puzzle cost £30 so when it arrived without batteries I was quite surprised .The outer packaging was undamaged but the actual puzzle had small areas of damage that could be seen before even removing the puzzle from the cellophane.The surface of the puzzle is a sticker, it’s not painted so as soon as there is any damage to the surface then the puzzle will start to look tatty as can been seen in the photo.The puzzle is temperamental sometimes it works, sometimes Ms Rachel says the wrong letter & sometimes you can put in a puzzle piece & there is no sound.I would have expected a higher level of quality control from a company such as Melissa and Doug, very disappointed.

Does not work correctly
The media could not be loaded. It doesn’t work properly. Most of the time it doesn’t make a noise and if it does it’s the wrong letter. How are you supposed to teach your child correctly when it’s incorrect? Not worth the money. Do not buy

Only been used for a day and already the sound has stopped working.
