SUPPLIED USED DEFECTIVE MACHINE....
This supplier to date has not replaced the product. Amazing isn’t it? Product is defective, used and inoperable. Company refuses to repair/replace. 110 volts a big problem also. Suppliers further response..."Sorry. Your return or replacement timeline has passed away, I am soo sorry I cant help you any further"

This bean grinder is awesome. It certainly has enhanced my experience with COFFEE. But cannot grind fine powder required for Espresso machines

Good known Brand
Good known Brand. Please ensure you get a stepdown converter from 220volts to 110 volts to use this appliance.

Not useful for espresso.
It is good for home brew equipment like Pourover, Moka and French Press but cannot grind fine powder required for Espresso machines. Otherwise good quality. Required a 110V stepdown transformer which was easily available in Lamington Road in Mumbai.

Do not buy
The product did not work well since day 1. I used the step down transformer recommended by the manufacturer; the grinder used to work sometimes and simply wouldn’t start at other times. After 7-8 times of use, the grinder stopped working.
