this is an incredible unit. The sound quality compared to my stock unit is excellent. I will not need to buy an extra amp. This thing has so many features a couple months later I still don't know them all. integrated great with my car, installed fairly easy. Operating instructions would be great, I'm an old guy so it's not very intuitive to me. Still, all I can say is WOW!

The item came earlier than the estimated time which is great, but few problems with the product:1.it didn't fit the model i purchased it for, i had to cut some plastic behind the screen to make it fit, as a car engineer i know it's allowed but if someone who doesn't understand in cars he will think it's a faulty product2.i can't connect my phone via bluetooth and have the multimedia connected to the phone internet, this makes a problem using gps and getting phone calls at the same time(hopefuly iv'e done something wrong and it can be fixed3.the screen came in chinese language and took me like 20 minutes to figure out how to change it to english, if the product can come on english as default it would be greatother than those problems the product arrived safely without any cracks and no missing parts, and was easy to intall.Thank you for the product :)

If you know how to install decks this is pretty much plug n play system.

Not only did I get my product sooner than I expected but it was also very easy to install including that it was my first time installing a car stereo. The product itself is amazing and I would defiantly recommend it to anyone that wants to do an upgrade to their car. It's a good quality product, definitely worth the price.

This did not disappoint. Makes the 2012 Cruze look modern, and the factory speakers sound fantastic with this head unit. There is only a half page picture showing where the main connectors go n the unit...no other instructions. But, if you are familiar with replacing radios you will be able to connect this easily.

I've had this for almost a year. First it blew out my fuse which was annoying bc i thought the head unit was just defective, but it was an easy fix. It hasn't blown a fuse since. Some of the "features" have given out. Not really important ones (example: the button to kill apps). The background also *sometimes* (uncommon) turns a shade of purple... still functions as it should, just doesn't look like. The bluetooth cut off for a millisecond at a time (also uncommon, or maybe i just got used to it and zone it out). The screen mirroring never worked as it should (doesn't matter, idk why i would ever need to mirror something). It is Plug n play, don't think its worth the $400+ i paid. $200? maybe. I do get compliments on how cool it is though!

I purchased a used 2014 Chevy Cruze and the OEM Nav/Headunit was not working well for me, so I purchased this screen to install. I had the local shop install and everything was working great. Soon after my work stopped for a few months so I only drove the car a few times a week, this unit was not getting much use at all! I returned to work after the short hiatus and was driving home one evening when suddenly all the sound turned off. I cycled the car on and off a few times, let it sit over night hoping that it would return - it did not. I tried to access the settings menu on the unit and it then froze up completely. I cycled the car again, this time saying settings was not accessible, still no audio. I took the car back into the shop to have them diagnose the problem - $85. They said the unit was defective and could not fix it. This vendor on Amazon would not replace the unit, only was offering "email assistance" to help diagnose the problem. I had this Chinese unit taken out of the car and the factory unit re-installed. $100.When you receive the package from China, it contains a letter in the box stating if there are any issues do not post negative on Amazon, as they will take care of the issue directly. This did not happen. Beware of purchasing this unit as it may not work, and you will not be made whole if it indeed doesn't! The endgame for this unit is the local electronic recycling shop and ($650.00) in my bank account. Well Done China!

the main problem is the microphone bluetooth. The person you are calling cannot hear your voice. If he hears you, your voice is not loud enough to understand what you are saying. there is definitely a problem. Bluetooth also takes long time to connect. I tried everything to do what the manufacturer is suggesting but the problem is still there.Tried to return or exchange the product but the manufacturer keeps on asking and let you do something that does not work. It already take more time from me to figure this out.Stay away from this product. This is expensive and not worth it. I am still hoping the manufacturer would let me return this.

if u buying this for the looks only and exclusively then you will be satisfied. Otherwise the software is clunky and slow, lots of lag everywhere, costumer service is none existent as well installation process. I do recommend going for something smaller and reliable, this thing doesn’t worth the price.
