An award-winning cask-aged gin release of Ableforth's Navy-Strength Bathtub Gin. The gin is cold compounded with a high concentration of juniper, coriander, clove, cinnamon, orange peel and cardamom, giving a huge botanical kick! It’s then matured in small Octave casks with a volume of just 50 litres, offering a large surface area to volume ratio. This allows the gin and cask to interact more quickly imparting yet more flavour and complexity.
