Proraso Exfoliating Beard Paste and Facial Scrub, 3.5 oz

I’ve had a beard for about two years now. I’ve dealt with flaking and irritation since I’ve had a beard. My niece who works in the skin care industry suggested I try this. It’s a game changer. No more flaking after using it. I use it 2-3 times a week and not only does it resolve the flaking but no more irritation as well. Also, I now use a good pig-hair bristle brush and I think it’s as equally as effective in combination with the facial scrub. No more having to avoid dark color shirts/jackets because of beard dandruff!!!

It has some mild exfoliating (abrasive) particles suspended in a pleasant soapy cream with a mild refreshing minty smell. I like it. Not much else to say about this. Exfoliation works by physical abrasion and so there isn't much difference among various products, but if you use something regularly you should get something you enjoy using. I enjoy this one.

Great exfoliator. Smells nice. Used along with Prorazo conditioner and beard oil, eliminated itchy beard. Flaky beard too.

Great texture.Good paste density.The refreshing clean feeling during and after using is excellent. The mint is chilling.Relatively not cheap (18$…)I would give 4/5 (one star less) due to the price.

This is my first review on Amazon, but this stuff is amazing, my first use of it helped my skin so much, there is a cooling affect with it and makes my mustache and beard feel super soft, if you have rough facial hair this stuff will take care of it.

First impressions, a thick weighted glass jar with nice aluminum cap, does not smell look or feel cheap, the paste is very gritty, I first wetted my beard in the shower and used some shampoo first, I then added about a small to medium size dollop of the paste and worked it in, I was surprised how even though I have a thick beard it easily was able to the worked in under to the skin, I also used some on my face, the mint is a little strong around the eyes but nothing major or irritable, this left my beard feeling much lighter and feeling very clean.
