One of my monitors failed and I sent an email to their customer service email. I received a reply within 6 hrs, a replacement shipped within 24 hours and my replacement was received within 3 days: WOW!! Don't sweat the install or pay much attention to the "it's too hard" reviews! This unit installs as easy as ANY after market wired component on a vehicle. This has changed in 50 years and this unit is the same. Installation is as simple as find a wiring route, secure, make simple connects, mount it and you're all set. If you can't figure out a wired installation; this, or any other wired after market component is not for you. Finding the wire routing is as difficult as your existing vehicle makes it. Criticize your vehicle's manufacturer, NOT this product. Picture quality and adjustment options are fantastic!! I've now installed these units on a UTV, tractor, skid steer and a 2003 Pontiac Vibe. None took longer than an 60 to 90 minutes. A great product for the price with excellent customer service!!

When you first test out this backup camera, and finally get it installed, it's very exciting. It's not until you pop on your sun glasses, or need to park in a particularly tricky spot that this unit lets you down. Make no mistake, there's no replacement for the ability to see out the back of your vehicle, and the LeeKooLuu backup camera really is easy to install and get working. My gripes are in the camera's field of view, and the polarization of the screen. The camera has a fairly tight field of view. This means you will not be able to see cars coming from the side when backing out of a spot in a parking lot. This also means that, for my sake, if I angle the camera down far enough so that I can see the bumper, I cannot see straight back. So, if all you are looking for is a glance straight out the back of your vehicle, for added safety, this will work just fine. I tried using the camera to back right up to a wall, eventually all I could see what a sheet of white, no distinguishable wall to be found. When it rains, a little bit of water on the lens also renders the camera useless, and the lack of HDR video means you get flares and glares that can be problematic. This is not unique to this camera, but did prevent me from using the camera in several instances. Finally, and this is a deal-breaker for me, the polarization of the display matches my sun glasses. Most smartphones and displays put the polarized layer at an angle so you can see the display in 0 and 90 degree orientations, sadly, when I'm wearing my glasses, I cannot see the display at all. On the bright side, the display mount is fairly universal, and I really like that they added adhesive to the suction cup base. I opted for the 12V socket installation method, so I could push the button and turn on/off at any time. I was not comfortable splicing my break lights, but the gear is included to ease that task, if you choose it. I have a long truck, and the cables made it with space to spare, so you should be able to wire your car with ease. Overall, I am pleased to have a camera on the back of my long vehicle. I am aware that it is not top-tier equipment, I can live with the shortcomings, but the inability to use the device with sunglasses on makes it a distraction instead of a safety feature in my life. I like seeing a glance of the world behind me, but I really did hope for something that would be better at assisting my park. That's it, a wider FoV, maybe adjustable, and tilted polarization and I'd be giving 5 stars.

Works as advertised. Nothing fancy, but love the fact I don't have to put vehicle in reverse to turn it on, push button operation. Does come with optional kit to hardware it to the vehicle instead of the cigarette lighter.

Nice camera with clear picture. Can adjust camera up/down for better view of what’s behind you. We chose to remove multiple panels in the vehicle to hide the cables, so set up took a bit of time, but otherwise easy.

Well I ordered 2 got 1 got hold off the company they told me get ahold of amazone well that's a waiste of time not sure how they figure it mounts to the license plate the mounte is no where close to being long enough to get to the screws so there for haven't waisted my time to jack with putting it in my truck

This backup camera helps you see what you need to see without all the wires. It’s exactly as described and now I have an extra in case I need to see an extra angle or something like that. 10/10

After having it for months I relocated it and boom never worked again!! And the screen is way too small

I ordered this set to make it easier to back up the 2010 truck to the trailers. By not splicing it to the reverse wires, we're able to use it even when the truck isn't in reverse and not decrease the stock wires’ longevity. It still takes over an hour to install, though the heat made us have to stop and take even longer than necessary. The screen is smaller than an in-dash display would have been, but larger than the one in my 2013's rearview mirror. It could stand to be brighter, as it's pretty hard to see through sunglasses. The main thing that would've improved this set was if it included a way to have a second camera also attached, but it probably would've had to be wireless to work on the back of a trailer in tow.
