Ultranatura Aluminium Folding Stool/Footrest, Korfu Series Plus, Folding

This is a really nice folding stool. It folds up easily when not in use and is smart enough to use indoors or outside. I shall be using it as a footstool I think but it can also be used for sitting on. It is quite heavy for its size but that does mean it is stable. Easy to clean - just wipe with a damp cloth. The instructions are simply a series of pictures though it is easy enough to work out without the pictures.

As this is made of weatherproof outdoor materials it is clearly designed for use outside with other garden furniture, however it also makes a useful footstool or extra temporary seat indoors. First of all its advantages: it is robust enough for an adult to sit on and the seat is comfortable with some give, being fabric. The height (36 cm/15") is perfect as a footstool. It folds very neatly to a thickness of only 7 cm (3") for storage. It is a simple, pleasing design.I have deducted one star because the finish on the one I have been sent is somewhat below what I would expect for a German product at this price. The stitching on the seat is frayed and the welding of the cross-bars is lumpy and rough looking. This is a real shame because otherwise this is a really good product.

This is a premium-looking footstool with a great design. It is strong enough to use as a seat. The material is good but the stitching has a few loose ends. There is a slight bit of play in the joints but nothing dangerous. There is some creaking during use. It works well outdoors and there's no rust yet.Not quite up to the standards of it's german origin or high pricetag, unfortunately.

This folding stool doubles up as a footrest,.and is appropriate for indoors or outdoors. It’s suitable for an occasional stool, but not something you’d want to sit on every day. Most people would probably use it primarily as a footrest, or maybe keep folded up and take into the garden as needed. It’s more solid than most fold-up garden furniture, but not as soft as typical indoors seating. It could easily take the weight of any adult I would say; Probably not suitable for old people to sit on, but otherwise a versatile item to have around the house that does not take up much room.

Our primary use for this is as a temporary stool; our 5yo son’s bedroom is quite compact and part of his bedtime routine involves singing songs and reading stories which can become a bit uncomfortable when sitting at his bedside on his IKEA infant stool for an hour!So, not having much spare space, we gave this a try and it’s excellent for the job; it supports my weight (so far), 15 stone, and there is a slight springiness to it and the metal ‘softened’ by having curved sides plus, the major benefit is it folds up really slim, just under 3”, and we can store in a gap by the chest of drawers.Of course, it can also be used as a footstool too, and outdoors, but we don’t.The only thing so far that’s disappointing is there is something small and loose trapped inside the frame, consequently it rattles around when folding/unfolding and also, as someone else has mentioned, the finish on the welding looks a bit ropey. Other than that, a great little stool.

This rather fetching footstool/seat comes in large, and somewhat cumbersome packaging. Once unpacked, it is very is easy to set up. This is a piece of furniture that would work well both indoors and outdoors. Some people have commented that they found stool was heavy, while it is not lightweight; it is OK to handle and move around. This is a stool that has a good ergonomic design, no sharp edges and relatively easy to keep clean. When not in use, it is easy to stow away as you just unclip and fold away. A really useful footstool that is robust and works well.

This matches our existing outdoor furniture perfectly. It folds easily to quite a slim profile, thereby needing little storage space. When in use it seems surprisingly sturdy. The problem is that now everyone in the family wants their own,

The 'Ultranatura Aluminium Folding Stool / Footrest, Korfu Series Plus, Folding' is a black stool/footrest with an aluminium frame and nylon top (making it suitable for use indoor or out, although its lightweight nature means that careful placement is important if used outside when windy!). Assembling the stool is simple, and merely involves moving the frame until two little pegs slot into place. The top is surprisingly firm for its nylon nature, and it is also proving useful in my household as an additional occasional table (not for drinks, as it is not completely flat nor completely rigid). The maximum weight limit for the stool is 100kg, so it is strong enough to hold most people, and the height is sufficient to be comfortable either as a stool to sit on or to rest your legs/feet on.We are very pleased with this product - it looks good, and it is proving very useful and convenient to store in a small space. Highly recommended.
