This is a blue therapy band, and it’s very stretchy. Not as stretchy as red and yellow, not as stretchy as green, but more stretchy than the black and gold bands you can use to do strengthening exercises. It will make you stronger than using green blue or yellow bands, but not as strong as using black or gold bands.

Good, durable theraband! I ordered these to replace an older band that tore after years of use. The resistance feels accurate to the listing and the band is long enough for a number of therapeutic resistance/strength training exercises.

Strangely this band is not of the same quality as the previous band I had but lost. It is identical but is thinner. Same brand and everything
