Good support
Works as indicated… very good adhesion without too much stress when taken off. Sturdy and waterproof. Easy application as viewed on YouTube. Highly recommend and great price also nice that it comes in pre measured strips

Nice tape but don’t use for too long
his muscle tape during pregnancy because my belly felt heavy and tired. I wore it for about 2–3 days (changing it in between), and while it did help with support, by the fourth day my skin became a bit irritated and itchy. I’m not sure what exactly caused the reaction, but it got uncomfortable enough that I had to stop. Also, the tape starts fraying within a day, but since it’s pre-cut, it’s still convenient to use. Overall, I do recommend it — just not for long continuous wear. It’s helpful, but give your skin a break!

Non irritating
I bought this specific tape because it was non latex. All other brands I’ve tried irritates my skin. This one did NOT!

I am allergic to latex and adhesive
Unfortunately my tongue started swell after a few minutes of using the tape. The precut strips are nice. Very nice quality. It just doesn't work for me.

Good for temporary use.
It does what it is supposed to. But it would moght be little harsh on tape sensitive skin. The adhesive agent of this product does not cause a severe allergic reaction but the edge of the tapes does leave marks on skin. It's cost-effective and I do need ot, so I will buy again.
