Love it, the arms are a bit short but apart from that it works well. I’ve always had sore shoulders, this really hit the spot. I went overboard using it when I first got it, totally my fault. Now my shoulders are relaxed and feel much better. My sister used it and has now bought one of her own.

I have had this item since 2020 but have recently had a product recall due to the plug being at risk of catching on fire. I have the affected plug but having emailed the company as instructed they have not replied. Also tried Amazon who keep transferring me to different colleagues and state they have not sent me a recall email which is untrue - I would not have known about it otherwise! Paid £50 for this but Amazon are now selling them for £30! Amazon should not be selling faulty electrical items. Read the reviews here - filter to most recent and you will see many customers with faulty items being recalled. We should all get together and report to the media as this is dangerous! Amazon should refund all of us and then deal with the manufacturer themselves. A shocking way to treat customers! This could catch on fire. See the reviews because many have! My plug does get extremely hot so cannot be used and I am out of pocket! Worse still is the thought of it catching on fire! I thought better of Amazon! Please do not buy! Amazon will not help you and the manufacturer ignores you! Terrible 😡

As a massager, it largely does what it claims, and the price is reasonableThe problem, unfortunately, is safety.You'll see plenty of other reviews here complaining of the plug exploding.Mine didn't explode, but it did make a disconcerting sound when plugged in before graduating to a rapid clicking noise and then failing with an unpleasant smell. I bought a multi-adapter and it works fine with this instead of the supplied plug.This product bears all of the required safety marks but, it seems to me, maybe a low quality counterfeit knock off, because absolutely nobody adhering to european electrical standards would produce a plug that fails this profoundly.If you are on the fence between this product and another, I beg you to buy the other - your safety is not worth the gamble of buying this. It may, literally, burn down your house
