A dystopian tale of intrigue in a quest for an mystery goal...
The style of this book is very cinematic and has been printed on lovely paper. The story takes you on a mysterious journey across North America with a building back story of a life lived. Has some great metaphors on modern life and will surprise you. Fantastic world building and the best in the author's series so far...UPDATE: Hollywood have gone and screwed this story up for the movie which looks terrible and just like Alien: Romulus only takes out the set piece imagery from the source material. Why on earth have they added the Chris Pratt character? Make sure you enjoy this piece of melancholic dystopian horror and ignore the film adaptation.

Beautiful Book!
Bought for hubby! He seems to love it. Pages vibrant and colourful, good quality, worth the money. He can't wait to watch the film now!

Gorgeous book - perfect gift! But lack of protection
I brought this for my partner which he loved, the illustrations are gorgeous. However it had some dirt marks/damage on it from delivery, due to its size likely. Maybe some recyclable plastic would be good to protect it?

addictive reading but too short
Really enjoyed this book.Wish it had have been cheaper, or gone on longer. The brilliance is there to see with the pictures, the story is good too, it filled me with wonder and horror at this strange world. The artwork is superb, the texts are pretty good, maybe should be more words for the price.I am happy with this art house book, it made more of an impact on me than a tv series. It really drags you in to the story, just wish it had have been longer and more detailed. So more pics, more texts. Or cheaper. Sorry, I had to write that last bit cos it is a fair bit of money! If you can afford it, then please buy it.

What a beautifully illustrated book
I have always been a big fan of dystopian art and science fiction and this delivers on both counts. The illustrations are amazing, and I would recommend this to all science fiction fans.

Wow
Wow, I didn’t realise how much writing there was. I mean I knew it wasn’t war and piece but I’ll be honest, I only bought it for the pictures. To clarify, I can read, I’m just extremely lazy. That’s why I like audiobooks and podcasts.
