I have struggled for years getting enough fiber and staying regular. These gummies are tasty, don't have a lot of calories and support your health with a full USRDA amount of fiber in each package. They have always been fresh, soft, and not sticky like some other gummy candy and supplements I have tried.** I do have one complaint though, the mango are by far my favorite flavor and you have to buy a multi-pack (6 individual servings) to get a single serving of mango! @ShamelessSnacks PLEASE! PLEASE! get single flavor multi-packs on Amazon!! I would love to be able to order a 6 pack of mango or pineapple along with the variety pack. **

Do not open a bag and mindlessly munch unless you wish to cleanse your colon from the topside!I split each bag into small lidded condiment containers and enjoy these low calorie treats as part of meeting my daily fiber requirements.

All tasty. Some have sugar coating. They are high in fiber so consuming one bag is about the maximum you can eat without diarrhea. I think if an adult ate one bag a day it might keep him/her regular! I took a star off because they are not like usual gummy bears and someone who ate too much could have diarrhea, which can be very uncomfortable especially if you hadn't planned on having this happen.

If you're doing keto and looking for extra fiber to avoid the keto flu issues, or just looking for a replacement for the sweets we can't have on keto, I highly recommend Shameless Snacks! There's no "fake" taste or texture, and I've enjoyed every flavor I've tried. No "bathroom issues" (if you know what I mean) that can typically be associated with some sugar free snacks either! The strawberry ones are my absolute favorite. The only negative thing I can say is about the company itself, not the product. I ordered a selection of flavors directly through Shameless Snacks back on the 8th of May and still haven't received them (today is May 25!) but I've received them through Amazon twice while waiting! I just wish Amazon had more of the flavors so I could just order them here!

All this is is a fiber multivitamin that costs an arm and a legs so they packaged it as can't be! You get a daily serving of fiber in one package and they provide you with six packages which is equivalent to six days! If you wanted to get in the fiber you need on a daily basis for an entire month, it would be $115! Can you believe that? For just $7 you can buy a massive bag of psyllium husk that lasts the entire month. This is truly a genius way to market fiber gummies by branding it as candy. Don't get me wrong the flavor is spot on and it's delicious! But just don't use it as your fiber replacement for everyday or it's going to be a heck of an expensive snack and an even more expensive fiber replacement. I give this 3 stars because it tastes great... What great marketing it is to change the consumers perspective on fiber replacement from dreading it to wanting it in the form of candy. I took off two stars cuz it's not a realistic way to maintain fiber on a daily basis

Although a bit of a high price these were great! The texture is better than a lot of other “good for you” candies. But, if you are typically not hitting your fiber intake…. Make sure your bathroom is prepared. I normally hit my fiber goals so they didn’t hit my stomach very hard but my son ate a bag and so did my husband and they were in the potty for quite a while 🤣. All in all I think they are a great choice for better for you candies!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:These are legit! I feel like I’ve tried them all and these are the right consistency to be a gummy candy but without all the guilt. Just buy them!
