Put your ear plugs in when you turn the fan on .Its loud and annoying it should at least hum but not sound like a garbage disposal.

Doesn’t seem to get hot enough takes too long to cook . Flavor nothing to write home about impulsive buy I now regret.

Loved everything about my smokeless grill .i purchased XL grill, made chicken wings drumstick,hot sausage. And a beautiful Angus rib eye steak .plus earlier in the day pancake ,bacon and eggs...super satisfy with honesty power smokeless grill ..bring on the snow...lol

Not hot enough, no matter what the thermometer says the food just won't brown like a gas grill does, even the griddle won't cook bacon properly it just never gets crispy and I like mine crispy, it's ok for eggs unless you like them sunny side up and that takes forever to cook, I wish that I bought a portable gas grill and a camping griddle.

The griddle works great but be prepared for the nonstick surface to peel off. Mine didn't last 5 months. Now it's in the garbage can.
