These Oral-B iO Ultimate Clean replacement brush heads have worked very well for me. I keep a good supply on hand and replace them every three months, as recommended by the app. They fit my toothbrush perfectly and hold up just as well as any others I have used. I will definitely purchase these again when my supply runs low.

These are great, not sure if they are authentic Oral B, because the white box it came in looked very generic. But he white color matched perfectly my toothbrush. I love that the brush is soft and good with your gums.

Glad to get the Oral B brand name. Even though these are considerably more expensive than other brush replacements, they do an amazing job cleaning my teeth, even close to the gum line, and worked AMAZING, really AMAZING with braces when I had them. I noticed the knock offs had different bristle orientations, and decided to pay more and get what I know works.

The brush head works on my oral b IO and was a good buy. However I’m not convinced that they are real OralB. The brush works as expected and they do have the blue indicator but unlike the indicator on real OralB which disappears after 3 months the blue disappears within a week. I am a dental hygienist and recommend OralB products so I know how they work. I’ve only used one so far so maybe this was a fluke. I will update this after I use another one if the next one is better.

Good works well fits well

These are the real deal — don't bother with the off-brand knockoffs. The Ultimate Clean heads make a noticeable difference compared to worn-out brushes, and they click onto the iO handle perfectly every time. My teeth feel legitimately cleaner after switching these out. The bristles hold up well over the recommended replacement period too. Worth every penny for the genuine Oral-B quality.
