The product was well packaged against moisture/dust etc.. It also has the NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) certification label. I am very pleased with this product.

Bought as a replacement and it seems to work fine.no issues will buy again.

Black water
The water turns black after going through this filter. Never happened with any of my previous filters.
