Smooth action on the buttons - very easy to work and works great. This door gets a LOT of use every day - and it's holding up great.

Stopped functioning after a few months.
This door handle stopped working after 7 months and seller was of no help. Find a different product.

The product did not last! It was installed and stopped working within 2 months of course outside of the return period! Not happy!

Beware of Rust
I bought this from a dealer who also installed a new door. I live at the beach and in less than 8 months it started to rust. I asked the dealer if this may have been for indoor use, and was told it was for exterior too. He then said that the 3 year warranty did not cover rusting. I just called the manufacturer and they said that their warranty does not include the finish. This is pure garbage even though the lock works well.
