SO helpful in dealing with pelvic floor pain! Quality product. Expensive yes, but much cheaper than seeing a therapist. Improvement after just one use, shocking. I deal with so much pain regularly, I cannot tell you how grateful I am to find some relief. A must! So glad I found this. Was recommended by my Physical Therapist.

Make patient here. Have been seeing a PT for two years to treat pelvic pain and IC. Last month she mentioned this product. I received mine last week and what a difference. Being able to release my pressure points has almost eliminated my pelvic pain. For the first time in several years, have been able to sleep through the night. And not afraid to participate in activities that might tighten things up, as I now have the ability to treat myself. Has absolutely improved my quality of life. Also highly recommend the instructional videos you can find online.

As a patient with interstitial cystitis this dilator is an effective approach to self care between visits to a professional physical therapist. I would highly recommend it , as well as purchasing the book "Heal Pelvic Pain" by Amy Stein. The book has an entire chapter on physical therapy for pelvic floor disorders.

High quality, thick glass. Got this because a pelvic specialist at the navy hospital recommended it. I've been having pain in my hips for over a year now and had no idea the pelvic floor could have been the problem or even knew it existed. Anyways..great product. It's very helpful because it's really hard to try and massage yourself with your hand.

I was surprised to learn that the pelvic floor is a muscle that can be strengthened through specific exercises and through physical therapy. Bowel and urinary issues can be affected by this muscle. A pelvic wand is designed to assist in this therapy.
