Also, the packets are a bit pricey compared to regular flavored drink mixes. The ginger flavor comes through pretty strongly, which I enjoy but might not appeal to everyone. I've started keeping a few packets in my nightstand for those "just in case" situations, as well as for mornings when I'm feeling a bit dehydrated for any reason. Great taste....I use this to rehydrate because I work in the yard and in the house so much, I swear alot and feel terrible until I open one of these up and put it in my bottle of water. I gave some to my 90 year old mom because she had a stomach issue and she felt so good after drinking it all. Almost like she wanted to get up and do jumping jacks. Lol .. try it and you can't go wrong for a bit less than a $1.00 a pack. If you don't like it, send it to me, I'll use it ..I've ordered this several times and will again when needed. I tried these out looking for hydration packets to add to water. These taste great and I do feel that they add something good to my overall body. I did however find another alternative that gave a larger quantity at a lower price. If these were a bit less expensive, I would purchase again.

I absolutely love this hydration boost. I was hesitant to even purchase any since usually I’m not a fan of the after taste of other brands BUT I truly love these flavors and the orange flavor is the best one. It’s so helpful to have especially after having surgery and needing to stay hydrated due to not being able to consume solid foods yet. The best part is that it also supports the liver. Worth every penny.

I'm not a fan of this. The packet doesn't fully dissolve and leaves chunks at the bottom. It has a really unpleasant aftertaste. I wouldn't buy it again and will probably give it away since I can't return it. Added one star for fantastic seller.

Tried a variety of what they have to offer and they never disapoint, It dissolves fast, great flavors, and this one specifically contains Glutathion, which is good for liver and skin. I used 1 pkt w 32 oz of water because it is that sweet to my taste, but, some like it strong so do 16oz, but not less than that.
