Works as intended!!!
Came packaged well. Needed a key box for delivery drivers. You can mount it with shackle or directly to the wall, without the use of shackle. I only use a code and not a finger print so cannot speak to that feature. Installation was easy and straight forward. App is, in my opinion, a necessity. It makes so easy to setup a code or add fingerprints. One thing that you need to be aware, if you going to rely on the keypad, is that it is invisible until activated. Tapping the screen doesn't active it, you need to press your finger on it for a little bit until it illuminates and then put the code in. So far month of use, in a rainy PNW, and it works great. Will report if it doesn't last.

Do not recommend at all
It is impossible to get the app to communicate with the lockbox. Every time you try to do anything, including changing admin password or generating new passcode on the app, it gives and “operation failed” message. I tried to lock and unlock with the app WITHIN 3 inches of each other (Bluetoothed), it doesn’t work. Tried to delete the device from the app and reconnect to start over, still gives me “operation failed” error message. Disappointing product, incredibly hard to use, not worth it at all for its price.

Only wireless through Bluetooth. NOT WIFI
Product is good, but I expected to be able to control it through wifi and therefore set and reset access. Standard is only possible through Bluetooth, which means i have to be very close nearby. Remote control is possible, but have to purchase an additional device for +$30. I expected it to be an all in one solution, which it is not.
