The taste is fruity and just makes you wanna eat the whole bottle! I used them for a couple months and can see its really helped the condition of my hair and growth. Repurchased because of this. Nails have also grown much stronger and longer quicker.

I noticed I had some balding in my hair and decided to try this out thinking hm maybe it’ll work and what do you know 2 months later the balding was completely gone and my hair has grown back much fuller. 10/10 product plus it tastes great
