What is the inside dimensions for the box of tissue? length and width.

The inside dimensions where the tissue box would sit is 9 5/16" x 5". Tissue boxes vary in size, some will fit loose (Kleenex brand is probably the smallest) some brands will fit snug and others are very tight (Nice brand).

Would this fit over the front middle console of 2013 Toyota Highlander?

Sorry I don't have a definitive answer for you. It will fit wherever there is a wall that the legs can go over, about a 3" minimum and width of 5-11" (see range requirement on site diagram). Some people even use it on the armrest of their couch for remote controls. When you say "middle console" I'm assuming you mean the armrest portion of the center console. I would think a full size tissue box there would get in the way (both driver and passenger arms) while seated. If you have 11" between the seat backs it would fit over the armrest between the seat backs and likely not get in the way of driver/passenger arms but it would get in the way to access the armrest compartment (if it opens). If you're asking if you can turn it 90 degrees to make it fit over the arm rest portion of the center console, then you just need to make sure it meets the range requirements. What is the height of the area where the tissues sit? It looks like the tissues will come right out easily.

The height of the lip from the "floor" of the tissue holder is perhaps 1/2" to 5/8" in height. I use a standard Kleenex brand of tissue and have no problem with the carton coming out of the holder.

Will this fit front of 2014 gmc truck

The product is made to straddle humps up to 11" wide. If the center hump on your truck is over 11" then it is too wide to use the adjustable legs. You can of course do as another customer found would work, not use the legs and use Velcro or double stick tape to secure the base.
