Great Before Bedtime
The Pukka Night Time Herbal Tea is not the same as it used to be, but still provides a calming cup before bedtime. The tea's top ingredient is Oat Flowering Tops, followed by chamomile. While you can tell that the base has chamomile, there is a stronger herbal component with the lavender and tulsi. The Licorice root does give a sweet enough flavor where I find that I do not need to add sugar, but I tend to like unsweetened tea. I would recommend this tea, but find that the price is too expensive to buy regularly. It is cheaper than some health food stores, but not as inexpensive as finding a sale at an in-person store.
