I got this to add to my castor oil packs .. I don’t understand why it smells so strong of alcohol/ doesn’t mix well with oil.. unsure if I got the correct thing.. is it supposed to smell like alcohol?

So far I have been using this for several weeks. I had some inflamed glands, once I started to massage them with this, they started to go down. Hopefully this is really working, Ill know more in a few months
