Really feels like no oil. Soft feeling after use and is cool to the touch.

Love that you can use this with any product. It helps hydration seep deeper into skin. I use it all over but love especially to use on upper lip wrinkles. I then put my favorite lip wrinkle cream on top and it hydrates further. I see a big difference in the morning
