Great product couldn't believe i can get such a high quality pump for only 16 dollars it has a accurate pressure gauge where you can choose from 6 to 12 PSI also it comes in a unique magnetic box that is very compact and can carry the pump with all the needles and stuff . Has a powerful flashlight lasts for long and if your asking the only difference between this and the overpriced electronic pumps is only that the overpriced pump inflate a bit faster which is not worth it if you ask me because it takes less than 2 minutes to inflate a basketball to 9 psi and then that basketball would last for weeks if not months with one inflatation , but if your buying it for business reasons or your a coach then it makes more sense to consider higher priced pumps for people that look after courts and etc . Also a few notes the flashlight can make you go blind also this pump is capable of inflating exercise balls easily .

I am using this for a completely different reason than what it's made for and it's helped me a lot. I have something called cluster headaches which causes me immense amounts of pain. The number one treatment for stopping an attack is oxygen. They don't know why it helps but it does. Unfortunately my insurance doesn't cover oxygen for this use. Recently I've figured out that it's not the concentration of oxygen that stops them but actually drying out the nostril on the affected side. At least it works for me, I can't say for others. So when I used to get these attacks I would breathe in through my nose and out my mouth. When air hits the inside of my nose it makes the pain more intense but it makes the attack go away fast if I keep doing it until my nostril is dry on the inside. Otherwise the attack lasts hours which is not good on the soul. Just breathing in through my nose was not enough to stop them asap because breathing out would put more moisture in my nose. Two steps forward, one step back. So then I found this little manual hand pump used for blowing up balloons and it helped even more. But it wouldn't give me continual air, just bursts. Plus I felt very self conscious about using it after, I felt like an idiot and wanted to explain to anyone that saw me. People must think I am crazy or using or something. So I googled for an electric hand pump. Fully expecting that it didn't exist. I needed one that was relatively quiet and didn't blow the air too hard. One that wouldn't lose a charge quickly and I found it. For my purpose it is perfect. Also, people don't know what it is off the bat. I still feel silly when people see me use it but much less so because of it's design. It's not whisper quiet but it's not loud either. If you have cluster headaches and happen to see this it is worth a try. I bet you've tried everything under the sun except this. If you've never heard of cluster headaches definitely learn about them. It's top 3 most excruciating pain a human can feel, maybe even number 1. It's rare but we need more awareness. We are currently in a battle with health insurance companies to approve at home oxygen use for this disorder. It costs less than all other approved medications and treatments, it's also the safest treatment too. On top of the fact that oxygen works for most sufferers when medications have a very low success rate and most can even make the attacks worse. I know this is a ridiculous review, but I am happy with the device and it would be great for it's intended use as well.

I bought this pump about 3 years ago. I coach youth club soccer, so it was nice to have when I player needed a ball pumped up. I never had any issues with it until last night. A player asked me to pump up her ball and it turned on as normal. But when I hit the button to put air in, it wouldn't work. I noticed the ball indicator light & the charge light were on. So, I tried to shut it off, but it won't turn off. It's not doing anything so it's not a big deal but even after I tried charging it, it still won't shut off & I can't tell if it's charged or not because the pump is "frozen". The instructions that come with it have no troubleshooting information, so I have no idea how to reset or get it to work again. Overall, it was a great pump to have on hand when I needed it the last 3 years, but I don't know how to get it "un-frozen" so now to shop around again.

Edit 10/5/2018: After I left my 3 star review on the pump I received, I was contacted by the seller. He wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with my pump. He offered my a 100% refund or a new pump. I took a chance and asked for a new pump. I am glad that I did. The replacement pump works much better than the original, not quite as fast as the TorrX pump, but for the price it's more than good enough. I had a chance to pump up 5 soccer balls that were in a 6-7PSI range. It took the pump less than a minute per ball to get it to 11PSI. Because of great customer service and a product that works well I'm upgrading my review to 5 stars. Original review: The pump works, but in order to pump up a soccer ball to the max of 12PSI it takes several minutes. I recently had to pump up 6 balls, all of which were in the 6-7PSI range. It took me between 2-3 minutes per ball to pump it up. The last one I could not get past 11PSI. Additionally I also had an opportunity to use the TorrX pump. It is much bigger than this one but it pumped up balls with an average rate of .1PSI/sec. That was really fast. Yes it's pricey but you get what you pay for.

I'm a coach for a church youth basketball team and we had about 20 balls that needed to be inflated. This pump was so much easier than hand pumping. It's not necessarily faster than hand pumping except you don't have to keep pulling the needle out to check the ball to see how well it bounces because it has a pressure gauge. It probably doesn't make sense to buy this if you just have one or two balls that need topping up occasionally. To pump a lot of basketballs, though, it was a great buy! Easy to charge, easy to use, it comes with a nice little pouch to keep the needles and odds and ends in. It's small and lightweight so tossing it in the ball bag is no problem. I loved it so much that I bought one for my dad who coaches another team.

I'm using it for filling air filled balls and toys for the grandkids. It holds a charge and stops when the set pressure is reached. I don't know if it can be used for auto tires but I am doubtful. The best part is that it is small and holds a charge so it is ready for use when you need it.

This has been a great basketball and football pump. I tend to go down 1 psi for both because it feels better. My boy just got into volleyball. A volleyball should be 4.5 psi. This pump doesn't go that low. It pumps them to 6psi. It holds a charge for a good while. If I haven't used it in a month or more, it still has a good charge. I like that.

The automatic settings are awesome! Got many compliments on it. Holds a charge, ive had it for 6 Months and I have only charged it once. I use it all the time for Rugby!
