Easy to handle, durable
I bought thee smallest size because my area is only 5x10. I am 73 and installed my own water feature and used this product to put between the dirt and the rocks I put along the sides and edges. It was easy to handle and I easily cut it to size. I thought it would tear when I put the rocks on it; but I was surprised that even with 50+ lb rocks with sharp edges, it did not tear. We have had many severe rain storms and the fabric holds the dirt under it well. It stays together and has not shredded or developed any holes.

The non-woven geotextile I needed
I needed a small amount (about 45 square feet) of a medium weight non-woven geotextile fora flooring project. I couldn't find the fabric I needed locally except in very large and expensive quantities. This underlayment fabric is the right fabric and the 10 ft. by 5 ft. size gets me just a bit more than I needed. I appreciate being able to purchase waht I need without a bunch left over to have to deal with. The quality is good and the thickness is just right for my needs (glueing down over sheet vinyl and then saturating with cement mortar to create a solid base for a tile floor without having to remove the sheet vinyl.)

Excellent for French drains
I used used this material as a soil separator in a small French drain. The 5' width was wider than I needed so I simply cut it to 2.5' and wrapped it around the piping and secured it with zip ties. That allowed double layered protection against the soil. Installed this just 2 days before a heavy storm swept thru the area, the next morning water was running from the drain, so it seems to be working. I would purchase from this seller again.

Durability in the mountains remains to be seen
Geotextile underlayment durability will be tested through Snow Season at 9300 ft. elevation in the Rocky Mountains of CO. Despite the drought, a French drain has been installed behind our cabin and perforated plastic drain pipe was wrapped with the geotextile underlayment to keep sand/grit/debris from clogging the drain pipe. The wrapped pipe has been covered with small rocks. We shall see what happens over the winter and when the snow melts/evaporates.
