Wonderful heese and great shipping
I ordered this on a Wednesday and a shipping label was created later in the day.(As will all orders Amazon incorrectly announced that it had been shipped. Products aren't shipped until they leave the seller's facility and Amazon should correct this error.) The Seller waited to ship it until the next Monday so as to ensure that the cheese arrived on time and wasn't left waiting in a hot warehouse over the weekend. The cheese was very well packed in an insulated container with a cold pack inside. The cheese itself was in perfect condition and tasted wonderful. I would have no reservations ordering this again.

This is NOT AUTHENTIC!!
It is not authentic and it honestly not worth the money. It is basically string cheese. It wouldn’t be bad if it was $7 or average cost for a regular cheese. But $30 for string cheese!!!??? Won’t buy again.

Great cheese no gluten problem
This is great cheese, especially for me since I am allergic to gluten and it gives me no problem at all. It arrived two days after I ordered and that was a pleasant surprise.
