love this shower system! the best value. super strong water flow hand held. high quality. great support. the only recommendation, make sure your installer takes perfect calculations when installing the hardware in the walls. the hardware comes with perfect instructions and everything needed to make it super easy to configure. but like myself, who never had experience with this system, I trusted the plumber who did not have experience with the system either. make sure to ask plumber prior to ensure saving time to readjust later.

I was initially hesitant about ordering this item online. We had shopped around at all the big box stores and couldn’t find anything we liked in our price range so I searched Amazon and ordered this. My contractor who does a lot of bathroom remodels said he’d never seen this and was very impressed. We love it and with most things we order from Amazon we are beyond satisfied.

I’m updating from 1 star to 5 stars since I contacted the manufacturer through Amazon and they sent details regarding how the shower works properly. Turns out It was not working properly because I didn’t know how to use it hahaha… so sorry for the misunderstanding and very appreciated the help and orientation received from the manufacturer and Amazon. I love my shower. It feels like being under a amazing soft waterfall. Extremely recommended! 🤗

My plumber installed this and when we tested it, the hand unit worked, but shower head would not turn on. He swapped the identical cartridges, and then the shower head worked but the hand unit didn’t. So that isolated the problem to one of the two cartridges. And of course, this custom cartridge cannot be sourced from any local plumbing supply like Ferguson, etc. So the unit is useless as is. But since it is quite stylish and has desirable materials and features, I gave it two stars. Edit: I was able to contact the seller a few days ago and will post an update once I get the replacement cartridge.

The metal construction is fine and i haven't yet had long term use to know if the gold plating of the metal comes off or it rusts etc. I can only comment on the installation and instructions, which was terrible. The instructions are very unclear and cannot be understood. There is no online website or other manuals or videos. Just what they provide which you can try and try and you still won't understand. As a result, we installed it and installation came out wrong. Instructions say that you must align a red dot on the valve to red dot on the valve shell so the temperature control works properly. Well there was no red dot on the valve shell, only on the valve. We aligned best we could and installed the whole thing and put the handle, and of course, doesn't work. Now the handles when facing straight up is super hot water when it should have been hot when you turn the handle left. And you have to turn the handle all the way to the bottom to get cold water. There is no way to fix this issue unless you uninstall the whole thing and figure out the proper alignment again. Even my plumber was frustrated with this. So now i'm going to live with having the shower head give me really hot water as soon as i turn it on and turn the dial to bottom to get normal/cold water. Wish i could undo now and send this back but too late.

I really liked the color, and it is perfectly what I was looking for.
