The water bottle itself keeps things cold or hot like we wanted. The straw lid it came with however is why I gave it a low rating. The mouth piece is already ripped after only a few days of use and needs to be replaced.EDIT: after the company read that the lid had failed, they shipped a replacement. Awesome!

close to perfect
the good. I like the size. Didn't want something too big or heavy but needed a bottle big enough to make the commute to work. I like the finger loop and the straw works well. Also, it was oddly hard to find a flip top lid that didn't cost a fortune. (I definitely didn't want anything that required two hands.)the not-so-good. It says it keeps beverages cold for 24 hours but i find that my ice melts over night. Water stays cool-ish but not cold. This is just around the house so I'm doubtful that it would keep it cold for more than a couple of hours in the heat. (I haven't tried hot beverages.)

LOVE IT
My 8 year old daughter loves it. She had been asking for a "yeti" cup, and I found this one. No leaks at all. She keeps it in her book bag all day. It doesn't sweat. She is amazed that the ice lasts all day. I plan to order another one.

They are great insulated bottles - keep cold things cold and hot ...
I bought four of these bottles for my family. They are great insulated bottles - keep cold things cold and hot things hot. But the rubber straw has worn with use. We don’t own a dishwasher so everything is hand washed. On two of them the rubber ripped and i had to throw them away. Knocked down two stars because now i have to replace lids.

Fantastic Water Bottle
This is the perfect size for a hike or having in the car. It keeps my water cold for many hours, fits easily in my hands and has a great drinking straw lid that keeps liquid from leaking out. It is a great price as well. I love it!
