I love this product, first of all because it has a ceramic surface that’s super easy to clean. It makes great pancakes quickly and evenly — perfect for busy mornings

It's okay. The thermostat is not very accurate. It lets the griddle get pretty cool before turning the heat back on. The egg does get cooked well although not as quickly as my Dash griddle. I like the ceramic coating over the Dash teflon coating, no pfas. Maybe you will have better luck with your thermostat than I have. It's easy to clean up with it being small sized and easy to store.
