I crack a cold one every other hour. There’s AA (Alcoholics Anonymous) but I’ll be needing a PA (Protein Anonymous) to hold me back from chugging Quest shakes day and night. I wake up, have some protein. I put my shoes on, have some protein. I go for a run, hydrate with protein. Digesting protein takes about 30% of its calories as its the most demanding macro to digest, so you need to help the body out, by drinking some protein. I take supplements like fish oil, and usually wash it down with a little protein. All this drinking protein means I need to buy lots of Quest shakes, and carrying all these shakes into the house is a workout on its own, and you know what that means! Protein.

These are a great way to add protein into your diet. My husband and I are seniors and love these. I was a bit skeptical thinking they might be chalky but they are not at all. They seem to help keep our energy level up too. They taste great and add nutrition on the go. My husband isn't much of a breakfast eater so he just drinks one of these. A little pricey compared to others but they are well worth it for what you are getting nutritionally and they are a great quality.

I’ve tried a lot of ready-to-drink shakes, but Quest nailed it with this one. The chocolate flavor is rich without being too sweet, and it doesn’t have that chalky aftertaste some high-protein drinks do. With 45g of protein, only 2g of sugar, and 4g net carbs, it fits perfectly into my low-carb, high-protein routine. Plus, it’s gluten-free and easy to take on the go. Great post-workout fuel or even a meal replacement in a pinch. Definitely deserving of the Amazon’s Choice badge — I’ll be buying more!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I've tried the others and wanted to know if they could actually get the milkshake flavor without the chalky or gritty texture. Chalkiness:None!Taste:Just like a real milkshake, I like it blended with some ice.

These are delicious compared to a lot of what’s out there and can’t beat 45g of protein! I went to reorder again a few weeks after my first purchase though and they had increased the price by $10/case!!

This stuff is AMAZING! I'm not a fan of Vanilla BUT this is so good. It's thick and creamy it really tastes like a real Vanilla milkshake. It will definitely keep you full. Can't wait to try the Chocolate and I'm not a fan of Strawberry but I will definitely be trying that one also. You can't go wrong with this purchase.

Wow, this stuff is seriously amazing, I've tried so many drinks over the past three decades. Honestly, it's the only one that completely fools my taste buds, like chocolate milk. This is probably the best I've ever had, it's just incredible. I highly recommend giving this a try!

These taste great! High protein content is definitely why I tried them. Only negative is that it’s too expensive. Can’t afford to purchase again unless there is a coupon deal.
