Unfortunately, my unit stopped working after about 9 months. However, the after sales support experience was very positive. The warranty claim process was smooth and hassle free. The company verified the issue through a few video calls and promptly approved a replacement. Product is nice and compact. Customer service is excellent. We had an issue with the PIN for a new router, their staff was polite and helped us thorough out the process and sent a replacement once the same was verified. Really happy with the product and service. Power backup is sufficient in my apartment and the network drop is no longer an issue. We have a generator in the apartment, so that helps as well. The product is compatible with Airtel Xstream Fiber modem. Just need to be mindful about the PIN.

I saw they have given 4 hours backup but for me it gives only 2 hours backup
